ATRA ACADEMY
Teleconference Replay Services

The ATRA Academy introduces 2007 Teleconference Replay Services:

We are pleased to introduce a new service to keep you from missing this year’s exciting teleconference sessions. Beginning in January, all scheduled teleconferences will be available for replay at any time (24 hours per day) for just over two weeks, following the live call – from the day after the live call until two Saturdays later at  midnight.  Replay dates and times are listed with the 2007 teleconference schedule, below the scheduled teleconference date.

Replay registration is included on the registration page. Once participants register, they will receive dial in details and information on accessing handouts, and will then dial into the call at their convenience during the identified weeks, and listen to a recorded version of the teleconference. Because these are recorded versions of the live sessions, question and answer periods are not available.

To register for a teleconference replay session, participants must have access to e-mail, as all registration confirmations and details will be sent via e-mail.

Please note that your registration provides you with one opportunity to dial in and listen to the session for the full hour. Please do not make multiple calls to the number and/or listen to the call in segments as we are billed on a per minute basis by the teleconference company. ATRA receives and compares dial in and registration rosters. We will need to bill participants for any call in time above the amount for which they have registered.

Please note replay registrations must be received to the ATRA National Office by Friday by 5pm Eastern Standard Time before the expiration of the call!

Refunds or call transfers will not be issued for replay services. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they dial into the teleconference replay during the scheduled week.

The teleconference replay services is available at the organization rate.

We hope you will find time to add this new opportunity into your continuing education plan for 2007.
