The ATRA Chapter Affiliate Council (CAC) Board of Directors with the Membership Ad-Hoc Committee has created this toolkit to assist ATRA Chapters with marketing the benefits of ATRA & Chapter membership. This toolkit was designed based on feedback from ATRA Chapter leaders regarding the essential tools needed to support their members and promote the benefits of membership. The ATRA CAC Board wants to continue to meet the needs of ATRA Chapters and empower them to promote their services. The following is a list of the tools and their intended use:

ATRA Chapter Brochure Template – use this template to identify specific information about your chapter. Plug your chapter details into the brochure template to promote your chapter to potential members and other allied health organizations.

Chapter Newsletter Template – use this to easily and effectively communicate with your members on a regular basis. The template identifies suggested topics for inclusion in your chapter newsletter and has a layout that is easily modified for chapter customization.

Conference Planning Guideline/Timeline – use this quick reference to assist in assuring you have all your bases covered when planning your chapter conferences. Complete with creative tips and schedule of work to be completed, this tool will help you stay focused when faced with the daunting task of facilitating a conference.
