The ATRA office is receiving many requests for duplicate transcripts before May 1, 2007. To accommodate everyone's requests, we are providing overnight delivery of duplicate transcripts if requests are postmarked or dated on or before April 15, 2007. This guarantees delivery to you before May 1, 2007.

All transcript requests must be in writing accompanied with payment ($15 for Members and $20.00 for Non-Members), whether e-mailed, faxed, or sent via US Mail.

All transcript requests made/postmarked on or before April 15, 2007, will not be charged the expedite fee. From April 16- May 30, 2007, the expedite fee will be charged, no exceptions.

Please provide ATRA with your name, Social Security Number (If the conference was prior to March 1, 2006) or provide your ATRA ID number, and conferences you are requesting transcripts for (names, dates, sponsors, location). If your last name has changed recently, please be sure to inform us of your previous last name. Please also provide us with your current address, so it will be sure to get to you.

ATRA members receive this expedited service for $15, and non-members for $20. This is a one-time fee, so please make sure all of your requests are sent together (we can place more than one transcript in the envelope!). Transcript duplicates are $15 each for ATRA members and $20 each for non-members.
