The ATRA Awards Committee is seeking nominations from the membership for recognition of those professionals and/or agencies deserving of the Association's awards program. No current ATRA Board Member is eligible for these awards.

Nomination Procedures:

1. Review the appropriate award category and suggested criteria to assure that your nominee is eligible for nomination.

2. All nominations must contain complete information, as indicated on the awards nomination form below. In addition, provide supportive information relevant to the award criteria on 8 ½" x 11" paper, typed, maximum of 3 pages.

Consider the following:
- Summary of individual, project, or program history/background
- Basic reasons for nomination
- Cite examples of service, innovation, citizen participation or unique contributions (if applicable)

3. Include articles, news releases, brochures, and/or publications highlighting the individual, project or program (maximum of five pages).

4. Include letters of support (maximum of three).

5. One nomination per category per nomination form. (A duplicate copy of the nomination form may be made if necessary).

6. Nomination material must be postmarked by June 1, 2007.
