Team Mission: To serve as a representative voice for the chapters to the ATRA Board of Directors regarding chapter affiliate concerns and issues and to promote ATRA membership with in the Chapters

Board Direction Statement 2007: The Chapter Affiliate Council Board will maintain consistent communication between the ATRA Board of Directors and the chapters, facilitate a communication network among the ATRA chapter affiliates; including website maintenance, changes to CAC policies, the establishment of new chapters, and the reactivation of inactive chapters
