Team Mission: To study the diversity needs of the ATRA membership as it relates to their direct practice and provide educational strategies to assist the membership in their daily practice.

Board Direction Statement 2007: Facilitate with Treatment Networks, work with the ATRA teams including Clinical Practice Guidelines, Academic Affairs, Standards of Practice, and Research to identify and facilitate methods for integrating diversity issues into planning documents and delivery of service guidelines.
