Team Mission: To provide leadership and support to states in an effort to advance the profession of recreational therapy through legislative and regulatory initiatives.

Board Direction Statement 2007: Monitor and facilitate legislative issues and state collaborative efforts, i.e. LCD and Medicaid Waiver funding, via monthly conference calls and e-mail action alerts. Broadcast outcomes achieved as a membership recruitment tool. Disseminate information to the appropriate teams and/or the membership utilizing the web page and newsletter articles.
